Niek Schrijvershof, from Pijnacker, Netherlands, grew up working at greenhouses, nurseries and farms, which fostered his love for plants and water, while studying business management and real estate. He initially pursued a career in real estate investment and brokerage, gaining valuable experience in the commercial field.

Seeking a more meaningful path, Niek joined Bio-Organic Catalyst in Spain, where he now works on business development across Europe. His work focuses on anaerobic digestion, wastewater treatment, livestock/agriculture, and marine applications, all aimed at promoting sustainable and eco-friendly solutions.

Outside of his professional life, Niek is passionate about nature and enjoys being a hiking guide in Ibiza, Spain. He stays active through swimming, boxing, running, and going to the gym, and is an enthusiastic European football fan. His dedication to preserving natural resources and his love for the outdoors are central to both his career and personal life.
